The Opportunity: Are you a "chicken person" with an extra paddock and a few spare days a month? Baywide Chickens is looking for regional partners in South Auckland, and Waikato, and Napier/Hastings to host our monthly "Pullet Pick Up" collection days.

How it Works:

• Zero Upfront Cost: We provide the birds, the feed, and the retail products on consignment. You don't pay for a thing, just the holding setup for the girls.

• The "Event" Model: We deliver pre-ordered 16-17 week-old Hy-Line Browns on a prearranged schedule. Pre ordered/sold customers collect them on the weekend and by arrangement.

• We Drive the Sales: Our central marketing team handles the Website, Trade Me, Facebook and other marketing channels. We send the customers to you; managed with an online pre-ordered Customer List.

 

The Rewards:

• Commission for every bird sold.

• Commissions on accessories (Feeders, Medicine, etc.).

• Earning Potential: $15,000 – $20,000 per year. Uncapped as your region grows. 

 

What You Need:

• Secure, predator-proof roosting and paddock. We can help you with design ideas and setup. 2 sqm per bird free ranging

• Good location, clear access to your property for clients vehicles to arrive, turnaround and leave.

• Clean water and basic feeding equipment. We provide enough feed for the girls while they are onsite.

• A smartphone/Tablet to access our live "Customer List". Extremely easy to use.

• A friendly, bird-savvy attitude to greet our customers, answer questions and drive sales.

 

Treat it as your own business, “Owning your area” and growing your customers. We will already have a base of customers in the area hence the development of these regions.
